Phil and Frank are best mates and med students who work at Ron Todd's World of Chickens as a part-time package deal. Phil's out the front on shifts in the chicken suit, Frank's up back frying burgers. Brizgarita
Paul McEniery and Daniel Belavy have reworked the base recipe for the Brizgarita, as featured in World of Chickens, into a drink you can proudly serve at your next party. The Brizgarita had its Official World Launch at the RMOs' Bar at the Royal Brisbane Hospital on 22 February, 2002. The recipe for a party's worth of Brizgarita is below.
Brizgarita recipe
700ml tequila
750ml vodka
One jar staminade - made to five litres of liquid
Approx one litre lemon juice (to taste)
Approx 400ml concentrated sugar syrup (to taste) (1.5kg sugar
dissolved in one litre of water)
