Hi Dwan... I’m sorry I left the country without asking you first. Peter asked me to come to New Zealand, so I said yes. Here is my little story about the trip. As you will see I had my ups and downs – but overall I had some fun.

I went on a cruise in Auckland harbour. It was a bit dangerous sitting on the boat rail (as it was quite windy) but I survived.

Here I am looking down on Rotorua. I had just finished a Gondola ride. This place really stinks... It could be the sulphur fumes... or maybe it's me... I haven’t showered in five days.

Ahhh... time to relax... Listing to the birds, bees...

Here I am... Standing at the hot thermal sprints in Rotorua. I’ve just towelled off and my ink is starting to run.

After driving a bit (we took turns) I went for a four hour walk to the Scenic Reserve (100km south of Rotorua). Here I am getting some sustenance before the long walk home.

I was a bit tired after the previous walk... but Peter wanted to do another one. We went to Rob Roy Glacier for a six hour walk. Here I am sleeping in the tree (waiting for the other boys), with the glacier barely visible in the background.
