Zigzag Street in New Zealand

I was sick of all this walking and I wanted to come home. I almost made it… but Peter stopped me. He apologised for all the walking and said that was it.

Shit... He said no more walking… but he said nothing about swimming. I’m freezing... You can just make me out in the middle of the picture ... I’m trying hard to catch up with the boat but my freestyle is a little limited.

Eventually Peter helped me out of the water and we dried off and slept together. We started out head to toe, but when I woke we were like this... I’m sure nothing happened.

Here I am taking a break from a long driving stint at the southern most point of New Zealand. I had to take a bathroom break and almost got stung on my bookmark by a bee.

Peter drove to Milford Sound with me still on the roof of the car...not happy. The scenery was lovely though… I like snow.

Finally I got to take a picture... rather than having to pose for them all the time. This is one I took of the Franz Josef Glacier... It was very cold and the hiking boots a tad uncomfortable... but it was a new and good experience

Zigzag Street

Well, that’s my trip...
Home, safe and sound, and back where I belong.
